Qualifications
5+ years of Data Governance Analyst with SQL programming, database systems, and Data analysis work experience.
Experience working in SOX and PCI/PII environments
Highly organized individual with excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills, and ability to work collaboratively with various cross- functional teams.
Computer / Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, and Excel.
Experience working with Databricks, AWS S3, Azure
T-SQL Programming
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field required.

MP embraces an owner operator culture, and the Enterprise Data Analyst will be empowered to develop and maintain the Company's reporting and analytics portfolio in collaboration with the broader analytics team. This position will possess a unique view of the business and support finance, manufacturing, and other functional teams in developing and analyzing key performance indicators, resource allocation, and future planning. The Enterprise Data Analyst will be a key member of MP Materials' corporate financial planning and analysis team.
Position Responsibilities:
Collect and process financial and other types of data for use in reports and analysis
Develop reports, dashboards, visualizations, and other statistical analysis
Analyze and interpret data, reports, and analysis
Present conclusions and recommendations with clear distinction between fact and opinion
Support in the development of other enterprise analysis
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs
Develop and maintain dashboards, weekly manager reports and recurring analysis
Develop statistical analysis using large disparate data sources to form new insights and support
strategic decision processes
Provide weekly and monthly reports and analysis for senior leaders
Manage aspects of the analytical architecture
Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with focus in finance, accounting, economics, math or computer science
3+ year work experience in manufacturing or public company experience is desired
Strong understanding of financial statements and operational data analytics
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Experience with manufacturing accounting systems such as SAP is a plus · Experience with Power BI, SQL or other similar tools to prepare large datasets and develop analytics is a plus

- Support all planning and capture activities for opportunities prior to RFP release.
