POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sourcing Engineer is responsible for leading engineering efforts to drive cost savings within design, supplier processes, and value engineering (VAVE). · Monitors short and long-term material requirements needs, develops and implements effective plans to assure material availability and capacity at selected supplier for NPD projects
· Supports supplier development and/or auditing activities to ensure quality and operational standards are met
· Maintains product costs within established goals for each component and overall BOM
· Maintains an in-depth working knowledge of computerized manufacturing systems: SAP, MRP, Bill of Material structure, Kanban, JIT and Lean Manufacturing concepts
· Actively works to develop new qualified and cost effect sources of supply when a new service, process or component is identified. This also applies to new strategic low-cost country initiatives gaining support and buy-in from Global Sourcing, Site Supply Chain Leaders, and Engineering
· Ensures all purchased components on NPD BOMs are loaded correctly in SAP
· Takes a proactive role in continuous improvement of SAP and maintaining data integrity and parameters
· Manage approval process for new suppliers through the NPD process and cost savings initiatives

American Structurepoint's Civil Site Engineering Group is seeking an entry-level Staff Engineer in Cleveland, OH! In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in site design, including grading, utilities, parking lots, roadways, and stormwater management. You'll collaborate with licensed engineers and contribute to the design and development of land development projects that impact local communities. This role works extensively with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Excel as you create and refine construction plans.

Responsibilities
What you'll do:
Collaborate with Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Team Leaders on a variety of exciting land development projects-including industrial, residential, mixed-use, urban redevelopment, and affordable housing
Get hands-on experience in drafting, plan production, field inspections, design coordination, and cost estimation
Use tools like AutoCAD and HydroCAD to support real-world design and stormwater management solutions
Assist with engineering tasks such as performing calculations, preparing permit applications, writing technical specs, and creating exhibits and presentation materials
Take on a variety of project-related tasks, giving you broad exposure to how land development projects move from concept to construction

As a Knowledge Engineer, you formulate real-world problems into practical, efficient, and scalable AI and Knowledge Graph problems.
You lead a team and provide guidance to explore and implement new methodologies, model building techniques, and cutting-edge algorithms, and applying these techniques with the right architecture to solve real-world problems.

Here's what you need
Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and developing knowledge graph solutions and graph-based machine learning models, functional and technical experience required.
Minimum of 3 end-to-end data pipeline implementation for AI applications, particularly those involving LLMs or similar models, including hands‑on design and configuration
Minimum of 6years strong knowledge of relational databases, object stores, graph databases (e.g. Stardog, Neo4J, Amazon Neptune), and vector databases
Minimum of 6years of experience in Knowledge Graph technologies (e.g. RDF, SPARQL, LPG, SHACL)
Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Python, with experience in frameworks like Tensorflow, PyTorch, and tools for building ETL pipelines (e.g. Apache NiFi, Airflow)
