Overview
Directs, coordinates, and supervises the daily activities of engineers and technicians in single or closely related fields of professional expertise. Prepare Act 167 Stormwater Management Plans, calculations, and technical reports.
Develop Post-Construction Stormwater Management (PCSM) plans in conjunction with NPDES permitting.
Create erosion and sediment pollution control plans and narratives.
Perform floodplain analysis using HEC-RAS software.
Prepare construction specifications and cost estimates for improvements.
Coordinate and prepare municipal review and regulatory permit applications.
Review plans for compliance with subdivision, land development, and zoning ordinances.
Attend meetings with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies alongside senior engineers.
Continue developing your technical expertise and leadership skills, positioning yourself for future growth within KCE.
What You Bring
Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil or stormwater design.
EIT required; PE preferred.
Strong understanding of subdivision, land development, and zoning ordinances and approval procedures.
Working knowledge of regulatory agency permitting processes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with stormwater modeling software (e.g., HydroCAD, HEC-RAS, or similar).
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
Personable, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Job Description
T&M Associates is seeking a multi-talented Staff Engineer to join T&M Associates! This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer early in their career to learn and grow within the framework of an engineering consulting firm. Responsibilities would include providing support engineering services to various departments in the organization. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in either Civil Engineering or related field is required.
1-2 years of related experience is preferred. Relevant internship experience can be substituted for experience.
Engineer in Training certification is preferred with the goal to obtain a Professional Engineer's License.
Exposure and some experience in GIS, AutoCAD and Civil 3D is essential.
Detail oriented with a strong command of design principles and the ability to develop neat and accurate design calculations.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills are required.
Ability to work with peers and senior management and be a team player.
