Join KLA's Service Supply Chain team as a Summer Intern in Machine Learning! Our service supply chain supports a wide range of spare parts-from basic hardware to highly sophisticated optics, lasers, and precision mechanical devices. To ensure optimal delivery performance, we leverage advanced analytics and machine learning to predict demand and improve planning processes.
As an intern, you will:
Build a graph representation of KLA's spare parts demand network to enable predictive modeling and other advanced analytics.
Develop and implement machine learning models (e.g., using PyTorch) to forecast monthly spare parts demand.
Explore and apply graph-based approaches for network representation and prediction.
Work with large datasets to uncover patterns and insights that traditional analytics cannot easily reveal.
Collaborate with the supply chain and planning teams to integrate findings into actionable strategies.
Utilize Linux command line tools and scripting for data processing and workflow automation.

Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the company's priority customer missions and leading products
Learn to use and understand the key concepts of the TechSmith software
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and support the creation process of sales and marketing deliverables
Support key marketing functions such as web, social, SEO, blog, campaigns, digital marketing, and more
Support our international business efforts across various languages and platforms.
Research market best practices, insights, and industry trends and learn data analytics as related to revenue generation.
Assist with sales enablement on product launches and regular updates to the sales playbook and sales enablement library as well as interacting with sales prospects to warm them up as leads for our Sales team.
Use backend content management systems to update existing programs, measure effectiveness, and other administration involved in programs
Work on special projects, researching deeper into our customer databases, and measuring the impact of the Revenue Organization efforts
Generate documentation, reports, and presentations to highlight sales and marketing activities and reference materials for future efforts.
Interact with TechSmith customers and partners as part of Sales development, Social media, and partner support activities while providing high levels of customer service.
