A resident care supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of care staff in assisted living and memory care. They also provide assuring caring and personalized assistance to residents or patients. Their duties and responsibilities include upholding caregivers to accountability in terms of punctuality and shift attendance and ensuring overall good relations with the residents.
