Job Overview Capitol Debate Summer Camps is seeking Junior Instructors/Residential Advisors for our summer camps running from June 14 to August 7, 2025. We host camps in 15 cities throughout the country, offering a great travel opportunity. This role combines instructional duties with responsibilities in residential life. Applicants must be able and willing to live on campus during the camp duration. Staff must be available a minimum of 6 weeks during the summer to be considered. Title: Residential Advisor (RA) Supervisor: Lead Residential Advisor (Lead RA) Summary of Job Description: Provide direct oversight of Member residential living arrangements to ensure safety, cleanliness, and overall environment of recovery. Support and document Member self-administration of medications. Specific Responsibilities: Roving and inspection of residences and Member ADL support as needed. Support with facilities and medication management activities, including (but not limited to) the following: Fire Drills Disaster Drills Residential Checklist Medication Room Checklist Van Checklist Refrigerator Temperature Log Implement and document Member interventions and progress relative to Member Treatment Plan as it pertains to medication and ADL compliance.
