Dan’s business passion is around facilitating operational excellence to increase productivity and prepare for the future of a business. He sees improving productivity as the fastest, most effective way to drive profitable growth, competitive advantage, foresight and innovation. His focus is the insurance industry, which he sees undergoing profound changes in the coming years. ReSource Pro provides innovative operational solutions for insurance organizations. Dan joined ReSource Pro in 2005 as head of sales and marketing when it was a start-up. In 2006, Dan became CEO. ReSource Pro has grown from 25 to 2,500 employees. For each of the last 7 years, ReSource Pro has been an Inc 500/5000 companies and an IAOP top 100 global service provider. ReSource Pro has also been recognized as one of the top 100 HR practice companies in China since 2012, and was one of the first to encourage corporate citizenship in China by its employees and be recognized for this by the Red Cross. Before joining ReSource Pro, Dan worked for ten years with technology start-up companies, helping them to plan and execute market entry. In 2000, Dan founded the U.S.-Israel Business Exchange, a business association devoted to fostering partnerships between U.S. and Israeli high tech companies. Prior to that, Dan ran the Commercial Section of the Israeli Embassy in Washington DC and served in the Armored Corps of the Israel Defense Forces. With academic and experience spanning the U.S., U.K., China, Israel and Tanzania, Dan enjoys building cross-cultural relationships to leverage the diverse strengths of each to yield compelling returns. He is part of Business Owners Council, a network of entrepreneurs in New York City. Dan holds MBAs from Columbia Business School and the London Business School and a Master’s degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics. His Bachelor's degree in Politics and Modern History is from Brunel University, London.
