Russell Thomas has been a member of our board of directors since January 2015.Russell Thomas currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Availity LLC, a provider of health information exchange services to healthcare providers and health plans, where he previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer from January 2008 to March 2012. Prior to joining Availity, Thomas served as the CEO of Gold Standard, Inc., a health information technology company. Russell Thomas also serves on the board of directors of the eHealth Initiative, a non-profit, membership organization for the healthcare industry focused on information technology. Russell Thomas holds a B.A. from Virginia Tech and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. We believe that Russell Thomas significant experience in the healthcare industry and with health information companies makes him a valuable member of our board of directors.

Didier Bouillard joined Calypso as CEO in April 2018 and is based in London. Prior to Calypso Didier served as CEO of Ullink, global provider of connectivity and trading services, beginning early 2015. The main objective of the assignment was to merge NYFIX, acquired by Ullink late 2014, and to transition the overall group from a founder led business into a professionalized Private Equity owned business. After experiencing multiple years of steady growth of revenues and profits Ullink was successfully sold to Nordic Capital backed Itiviti. Prior to Ullink Mr Bouillard was Executive Vice President at Sungard Financial Systems (now part of FIS) and operated a substantial part of the Capital Markets and Electronic Trading division, playing a key role in the global distribution. Didier started his career in the 1990’s and has been part of successful entrepreneurial ventures providing leadership as partner, Managing Director and CEO (Ubitrade, Capital Fund Management, Fermat) where he gained extensive knowledge of the capital market industry as well as a true international exposure. Mr. Bouillard graduated from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in 1988.

Andy Gaur is Compunnel's CEO and he founded Compunnel Software Group, Inc. in 1994. With his entrepreneurial drive, value-based leadership and focused approach, Andy has evolved the successful, profitable business to continually meet changing market and customer demands with effective technology, learning and staffing solutions over nearly 20 years. His extensive IT market knowledge and expertise in business growth strategy have turned Compunnel into one of the fastest growing software and consulting organizations, serving Fortune 1,000 companies and bringing in over $100 Million in annual sales. In 2013, Andy has embarked on a focused growth strategy to take Compunnel's successful technology solutions business to the next level in the IT market. Responding to customer and market demand, he will achieve this by expanding the company's service offerings in specialized areas of IT and its overall business footprint through several targeted acquisitions. Andy earned a Bachelors of Science from Rutgers University.

J Scott Lockhart is a CEO at P2 Energy Solutions and is based in Tempe, Arizona. He has worked as Vice President at Data Systems Solutions, Inc.; Operations Manager, t3 at Trinity Consultants; and Vice President, DS&S at Rolls-Royce. J works or has worked as VP:Operational Excellence & Risk at IHS MARKIT LTD. and VP:EHS & Sustainability at IHS MARKIT LTD.. He studied at University of Kansas.

Currently, working with a large private equity group to grow a healthcare and HR outsourcing business. Previously was founder and CEO of a software company and an ASP business. Worked at Mckinsey doing strategy consulting. MBA from Harvard, BSEE/Computer engineering from Tufts. Specialties: Internet Content and Commerce. Information Technology and Services.

Geoffrey Duke is a Chief Executive Officer at Mpay Inc and Director at SafeDeposit and is based in Huntersville, North Carolina.
