Righttime Medical Care CEO and leadership

Mr. Gonella provides strong operational leadership and coordination to mid-level providers. He serves as a Physician Assistant and administrator for the Care Centers and assists in recruiting, training, development and review of all mid-levels. He collaborates with other service lines and departments in order to establish processes for the successful operation of the mid-level services.

Mr. Gonella earned his B.A. degree from Washington College and graduated from Hahnemann University’s Physician Assistant program.

He is a nationally Board-certified Physician Assistant and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Maryland Academy of Physician Assistants, the Urgent Care Association of America, the Society of Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants and the American Heart Association.

Marc Weber is a Chief Medical Officer at Righttime Medical Care and is based in Rockville, Maryland.

Dr. Coleman has an extensive background in medical practice management and plays an active role in Righttime’s growth and community relations.

Dr. Coleman received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Stanford University School of Medicine and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He is a licensed pediatrician in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, California and the District of Columbia, and is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and the National Board of Medical Examiners.

Kimberly Bresnahan is a Chief Operating Officer at Righttime Medical Care.

Mr. Kronzek manages the day-to-day financial operations for Righttime Medical Care, and is also responsible for developing long-term financial strategies and metrics. His role as a key member of the leadership team includes working closely with the CEO and Operations and Clinical teams to position the company for continued growth. Mr. Kronzek has many years of experience in finance and accounting, including serving as partner of a Washington, DC public accounting firm. Additionally, his background includes serving as CFO of several health care corporations and nonprofit organizations.



Most recently Mr. Kronzek was CFO for a primary care health care organization with multiple sites and departments with over 250 employees.



Mr. Kronzek received his Bachelor of Science in Business from Robert Morris College in Pittsburgh and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Maryland.
