Responsible for supervising risk analysis and identification throughout the entire project implementation process, performing appropriate classification and categorization of risks, formulating effective risk control measures, and following up on the implementation of mitigation actions. Responsible for coordinating with the commissioning department, EPC contractors, or project owners on equipment installation and commissioning, allocating commissioning engineer resources, and ensuring smooth project execution. Assist in completing preliminary work for key customers such as sample delivery and customer audits; maintain non-commercial relationship networks on the client side and help establish multi-level customer relationships. Qualification: Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience in energy storage, photovoltaic, wind power, or related new energy industries; experienced in project development, management, and delivery of large-scale overseas or commercial and industrial energy storage projects; EPC project management experience is preferred. Strong English written and verbal communication skills; overseas work or living experience is preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination abilities; experience in engaging with foreign new energy businesses or international market clients is highly desirable. Familiar with the fundamentals of the energy storage industry and the basic working principles of battery products and energy storage systems. Strong risk analysis, identification, and control capabilities; able to assess and manage risks throughout the full project lifecycle and provide mitigation recommendations.
