You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bed Match. #MWPreferred Qualifications We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4-5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles. You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions. We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bed Match system.
