Required Qualifications:
Business, Marketing, or related qualification
3+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or related roles in a software/SaaS environment.
Proficiency with Hubspot CRM tools and sales enablement tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description
The Commercial Sales Consultant is responsible for providing commercial sales coverage and creating new commercial sales for all services and products to current and prospective customers in his or her assigned territory. Sell PEO services to Small Business Owners and C-level executives by quantifying Employer Flexible benefits and value proposition.
Work with business owners and their leaders to help them contain costs, simplify administration, and minimize employer-related risk by moving to a consolidated HR model.
Write proposals, gain appropriate approvals, and present approved proposals to prospective clients.
Utilize data to position products and involve the prospective customer in determining how various capabilities, products, and services impact not only their P&L but also their ability to run their organization efficiently.
Responsible for initial prospect meetings, requesting proposal data, benefits comparison, technology demonstration, proposal presentation, and closing.
Achieve the quota target.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in consultative sales
Strong preference for prior experience in PEO, HCM or HR technology sales
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding B2B sales quotas
High business acumen with the ability to effectively communicate with business owners. CEOs, COOs and HR executives
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to win

Job Description
The Commercial Sales Consultant is responsible for providing commercial sales coverage and creating new commercial sales for all services and products to current and prospective customers in his or her assigned territory. Specific Duties Include:
Maintain and increase commercial sales volume of assigned territory as outlined in individual monthly and annual sales quotas and inspection requirements.

Price all services and products as listed on company pricing schedules.
Address customer complaints in accordance with company policy and advising management promptly about any situation beyond scope of authority.
Assist the Sales Manager or District Manager in recruiting new sales employees as needed.
Responsibly care for and maintaining sales equipment and supplies, as well as the company sales vehicle in accordance with company instruction.
Comply with all company policies and instructions; always maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
Cooperate with all personnel at the district and department level, as well as other divisions.
Assume obligations of good citizenship and participate in worthwhile community activities.
