ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Support the Sales Operations Manager as assigned and follow their direction relative to specific dealer brand strategies and tactics in support of the annual dealer business plan.
Provide Whole goods Product Sales & Operation Training on local basis.
Support Sales Team in planning, executing, and following up with customer demonstrations - with focus on making sales professionals self-sufficient in the demo process.
Support dealers and the sales team with customer visits with the intent to build relationships, collect VOC information, prospect, or qualify leads.
Must be disciplined in completing internal administrative tasks relating to position to ensure robust metrics and reporting (i.e.. Lead Gen, Training, Demonstrations)
Assist Branch Managers with hosting and conducting open houses, clinics, field days and other local customer events.
Partner with other Product Specialists to develop and create consistent training across the territory.
Partner with Agco Product Specialists to maintain knowledge of current and future product developments.
Actively cares for and advocates safety at Agri-Service. Adhere to all applicable safety policies, procedures and standards.
Works within and promote corporate vision, mission, and values of the organization.
Performs other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

I. General Job Description
This position will be responsible for the sale of the complete line of products and services offered by the Company. Develop and present sales proposals to prospects for all product and service offerings.
Follow-up with prospects and complete the sales process.
Manage existing PacLease customer base.
Develop and coordinate marketing programs/strategies and aggressively pursue credit worthy prospects.
Prepare weekly sales call report and submit it to the Director of PacLease.
Territory Responsibility
As assigned by management with the right to revise territory responsibility or assigned accounts.
II. Minimum Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 5 years outside sales experience.
III. Desired Job Qualifications
Valid driver's license in the state of employment and a qualified MVR abstract.
Transportation industry experience.
Basic knowledge off Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong organization and communication skills.

How You Will Contribute:
As a Hayden Homes Sales Consultant, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout their home-building journey. Your role in this process is crucial, as you will act as a resource to educate customers and set essential expectations for a successful new home build.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide exceptional customer service, and guide customers on the home building/buying journey
Manage model home during all hours of operation, including most weekends, while maintaining the model home, sales office, and community appearance.
Use marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness with the local Realtor community and potential home buyers to generate adequate traffic and sales.
Participate in recurring sales training via our proprietary sales enablement platform, as well as in person.
Use the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage leads, follow ups, and sales activities
Collaborate on an ongoing basis with the local sales team, marketing team, and construction team, providing strategic insights and community management, while presenting quarterly business plans to our builder partners in order to meet given sales goals.

Skills
Passion and skill for interacting with customers in large purchase decisions.
Comfortable in CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce) and good follow-up skills and discipline.
Proficient computer knowledge/skills (i.e., MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Specialized Knowledge / Professional Certification
A real estate license is not required to start, but it is required to be obtained during training in the state of operation.
Valid driver's license and current liability insurance are required. Reliable transportation is required to facilitate travel throughout your workday.
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
Experience
2+ years of experience in a sales, customer service, or real estate strongly preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
$10,000 - $43,000 Annual base salary plus uncapped commissions.
Income Earning Potential Year 1: $60,000 - $80,000
Paid time off which includes the following: Up to 10 days of vacation time accrued annually, 5 days of Paid Sick and Safe Time (PSST), Seven Paid Holidays, Birthday off.
