This is a Bentonville office-based role, with regular meetings on the Walmart campus. Duties and Responsibilities Serve as a day-to-day contact for Walmart merchants, replenishment teams, and cross-functional partners. Support Walmart account planning, including sales forecasts, inventory review, and promotional execution. Review and analyze POS, purchase order history, and supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations for line reviews, business updates, and category meetings. Support internal cross-functional collaboration across marketing, operations, and finance. Manage travel, expenses, and budgets in accordance with company policies. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in CPG sales, account support, category management, or retail buyer support (internships or Walmart vendor experience a bonus). Experience working with or supporting Walmart or other major retailers preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and data to drive decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to create polished, compelling PowerPoint presentations. Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
