Joseph Casper has over 30 years of health information technology (IT) experience, including developing several start-ups and co-inventing healthcare IT products and services. Today, he serves as Chief Executive Officer for Sandlot Solutions. Joe was specifically selected because of his deep industry experience and his ability to guide the company through both its national expansion and product enhancement process. Before joining Sandlot, Joseph served as Vice President, Global Healthcare Solutions for Quest Diagnostics/Med Plus, an enterprise healthcare information technology software and services company, and oversaw all commercial hospital sales. Prior to MedPlus, Joe served as President, Software Products at First Consulting Group. Earlier in his career, Joe was a leader in the advanced technology services center of expertise for Deloitte & Touche.

Thomas M. Deas, Jr., M.D., Physician Development Coach, TCU and UNTHSC School of Medicine. Tom Deas is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both Internal Medicine (1981) and Gastroenterology (1989). He began his gastroenterology medical practice in Fort Worth in 1991 after serving 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring as Colonel. In Dec 2014 he retired from Gastroenterology Associates of North Texas in Fort Worth and recently served as Vice President of Physician Development with North Texas Specialty Physicians until June 2019. His education includes a B.S. in Chemistry from Baylor University, graduating cum laude (1970), followed by a M.S. in Chemistry from Baylor (1971). While serving in the USAF, he received his Medical Degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport graduating with honors (1978). Postgraduate medical training at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center in San Antonio included an internal medicine residency (1978-81) followed by five years practicing Internal Medicine. He then completed his gastroenterology fellowship (1986-88). In 2001 he earned a Master of Science in Medical Management from the University of Texas Dallas Business School and UT Southwestern Medical School. He served as Medical Director of the Fort Worth Endoscopy Center and the SW Fort Worth Endoscopy Center from 1995-2012. He is also a member of the Physician Advisory Board for Surgical Care Affiliates, corporate partner for the ambulatory endoscopy centers. In 2014 he was appointed to the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (ASCA) Board and the ABIM Gastroenterology Subspecialty Board (Term completed 2016.) In July 2018 became an Associate Professor, Physician Development Coach, with the TCU-UNTHSC School of Medicine in Fort Worth, TX.
