The selected Candidate will perform the following duties; - Lead workshops to gather and document requirements for new billing and revenue system to develop an Agile Product Backlog, including Service Blueprints, end-end flow, features, User Stories, Development Tasks, Test Scenarios & Scripts, and RICEFs. - Lead workshops to introduce new end to end business processes for Order to Cash with new system. - Act as client liaison for all development and testing of all billing user stories through development, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Hypercare. - Act as a Subject Matter Expert for all implementation-specific processes and procedures assigned. - Lead the testing of assigned functional systems. - Perform System Integration Testing. - Support User Acceptance Testing. - Create user readiness documentation. - Lead workshops for user training as assigned. - Design and perform integration testing to support business process transformation from legacy systems. - Create business process documentation as required. - Provide SAP-BRIM functional support through hypercare phases post go-live. - Provide root cause analysis and resolution for defects related to system and data issues. - Support business with billing validation analysis to ensure accurate data migration/conversions. - Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients. - Lead and participate in project team activities for system work efforts related to enterprise systems. - Work independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assigned. - Adhere to and follow all PTC standards, policies, and procedures. - Utilize various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties. - Perform tasks and other duties as assigned by the PTC.
