A highly organized and self-sufficient individual to complete dispatched
service calls in a timely manner with experience in plumbing and
electrical a plus. We will train the right individual.
Our company leases commercial dish machines, ice machines, water
softeners and on-premise laundry dispensers to the hospitality industry
throughout the state and deliver our in house blended chemicals for
sanitizing.
Given the nature of our industry, we need to be available to our customers
for service. This is a full time position, approximately 40 hour work week
with rotating shifts on call one weekend per period, one day a week.
Some overtime is required.
Candidate must be technologically competent with texting and email.

You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

As a Transfer Care Specialist, you are most often our families' first point of contact as you transport the deceased from nursing homes, hospitals, residences, or coroner's offices to the funeral home. As funeral home representatives, you must maintain composure in challenging situations with compassion and kindness. You must be at least 21 years old, able to safely lift 100lbs, and have a valid state-issued driver's license and a clean driving record.
What You Will Do:
* Compassion & Empathy: Respectfully answer questions and direct Families to appropriate resources upon arrival and departure for transfer of the decedent
* Safe Transport: Navigate local roads and highways with varying traffic, time of day/night, and weather conditions; familiar with GPS or direction apps
* Reliability & Availability: Willing to work irregular hours as needed (on-call), including nights and weekends; filling in for funeral attendants and full-time staff shifts to drive hearse as needed
* Meticulous Attention: Ensure paperwork is completed correctly and timely per relevant laws and regulations
* Critical Thinking: Receive instructions for multiple tasks, determine the ideal order for the tasks, and complete them promptly
* Professional Demeanor: Maintain neat and presentable appearance; perform other projects and duties as needed (such as washing vehicles)

About the Program:
The VIP-ER (Voluntary Interim Placement - Enhanced Recovery) Program at JFCS of the Suncoast is a comprehensive, wraparound case management program supporting individuals and families impacted by substance use. In collaboration with local community partners, including The Salvation Army, VIP-ER provides personalized support to participants as they pursue recovery, rebuild family relationships, and restore stability in their lives. VIP-ER reflects JFCS's mission to empower individuals and strengthen families through compassionate, trauma-informed care and access to vital services.
Job Summary:
The VIP-ER Counselor provides clinical services to adults participating in the VIP-ER day treatment program based at the Salvation Army. Responsibilities include conducting biopsychosocial and ASAM assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing group, family, and individual counseling. The Clinician collaborates closely with case managers and partner organizations to ensure client progress and recovery goals are supported in a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive manner.

Requirements
Clinical Services
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and ASAM placement criteria evaluations.
Provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based practices.
Facilitate psychoeducational groups focused on substance use, relapse prevention, coping skills, and emotional regulation.
Collaborate with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and recovery goals.
Complete clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, treatment reviews, discharge summaries) in a timely and accurate manner, reflecting client's strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences.
Coordination and Collaboration
Work closely with VIP-ER Wraparound Facilitators to ensure coordinated care.
Participate in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
Maintain communication with referral sources, legal system contacts (as appropriate), and partner agencies.
Support family reunification efforts, including family counseling and engagement strategies when applicable.
Compliance and Quality
Ensure compliance with agency, funder, and licensing requirements, including Florida Statute 65D-30 and CARF standards.
Adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality regulations.
Participate in utilization reviews and outcome tracking as directed.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution.
Florida licensure (LCSW, LMHC) or license-eligible required.
Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) preferred or willingness to pursue certification.
Minimum of two (2) years post-master's experience in clinical practice.
Demonstrated experience working with substance use disorders, addiction, trauma, and co-occurring disorders.
Familiarity with ASAM Criteria and treatment planning for substance use recovery.
Strong skills in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or other relevant evidence-based approaches.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to provide compassionate, nonjudgmental care to individuals in early recovery.
Strong documentation and organizational skills; proficiency in EHR systems preferred.
Sensitivity to cultural, spiritual, and socioeconomic factors affecting diverse populations.

Description:
This person is responsible for assisting the Program Director with overall program development, and supervision of all staff on site. The sports site supervisor/coordinator will assist the Sports Director in planning, preparing, and delivering the adult and youth sports programs. This includes teaching basic skills, coaching, acting as a referee, and equipment set-up. The Site Supervisor/Coordinator is expected to uphold YMCA policies and philosophy and to use these objectives as a basis in working with everyone, children, parents, and participants.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Submit ideas and suggestions for drill exercises, teamwork games, and relays for practice.
