**Job Summary**
We are currently seeking an **Integrated Master Scheduler** ; located in **Columbus, Ohio** for our Maritime and Spectrum Solutions Division.
The Maritime and Spectrum Solutions Division is contracted by the US Government and commercial clients to develop unique solutions to solve challenges. One example is our pioneering work developing next-generation wireless infrastructure with RavenStar, a revolutionary ultrawide bandwidth steerable aperture technology.
For a Master Scheduler, this means joining a team of engineers, designers, technicians, supply chain experts, and program managers building modular, scalable, and standards-compliant hardware-including RavenStar-enabled radio units (RUs) that can simultaneously support LTE and 5G channels. Our technology directly supports:
- Efficient production planning, thanks to modular analog front ends and scalable architectures (e.g., 8T8R stacking to 64T64R)
- Cross-functional coordination, as RavenStar integrates mechanical, RF, and digital systems
- Lean manufacturing and scheduling, with compact form factors that simplify logistics and reduce installation timelines
As a Master Scheduler, you'll play a key role in aligning production timelines, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring on-time delivery of RavenStar systems that are reshaping the future of 5G and other electro-mechanical systems that fill customer needs.

**Responsibilities**
+ Work with Project Managers and our Production and Engineering Team Leads to create and maintain a feasible resource loaded integrated master schedule and builds plans across multiple programs in Microsoft Project, working with both individual project schedules and an integrated master schedule for the program.
+ Collect and analyze data using Microsoft Project with a high level of independence and regularly exchange information with a variety of internal resources.
+ Work with extended team to create forecasts to analyze labor needs in future months resulting in capacity plans and resource utilization forecasts.
+ Establish and coordinate integrated master schedules and departmental workflows to establish sequence and operations to meet business timeframes and deadlines.
+ Report critical path, constraints and risks to project management and senior leadership.
+ Train PMs and other supporting personnel on Microsoft Project as needed for our teams to successfully use these tools and resultant data to successfully manage our programs.
+ Support proposal activities through developing notional schedules and Gantt charts.
+ Collaborate with our Production and Supply Chain team to keep schedule current and identify risks and mitigation plans.
**Key Qualifications**
+ Experience creating and maintaining individual and integrated schedules in Microsoft Project at an advanced level.
+ 10 years' experience creating and executing schedules in a complex development and production environment.
+ Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills and proven ability to manage details.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects. Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with internal and external resources.
+ Experience working in an MRP/ERP system such as Oracle, Deltek, Costpoint, or SAP.

* Develop and produce schedule weekly/monthly project control reports for client and internal management review: which includes resource loading analysis and schedules, critical path items and risk analysis
* Interfacing directly with the client and internal management to report progress, schedule and risks across a portfolio of electrical distribution projects
* Assist the project manager with the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project dashboard reports and KPI tracking
* The role will have some remote capabilities, but will require a frequent presence in our customer's New Albany OH office on a hybrid working schedule
Background Requirements/Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in the following disciplines: Engineering, Construction Management, Business or Finance required with a minimum of three (3) + years of relevant Primavera P6 scheduling experience
* Should demonstrate recent and in-depth knowledge of electric power infrastructure projects within transmission or distribution design
* Must have the capability for planning, organizing, directing and tracking technical efforts on assigned tasks
* Must be capable of tracking cost and schedule status of assigned tasks
* Must be able to interact with customer representatives in an effective manner
* Strong writing and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency utilizing MS Project suite with a heavy emphasis on MS Excel.
* Previous experience working with AEP is preferred, but not required

Job DescriptionPhysical Requirements: Being a Dough Specialist is intense work. As a Dough Specialist at Brenz, you will need to be able to quickly and accurately cut, chop, prepare, and properly store large amounts of food that meet our exacting standards. You will also need to be able to stand for their entire shift and work in hot or cold conditions while preparing the food.
Experience/Education: Previous kitchen experience is definitely preferred for this position. We need our Dough Specialist to work fast and follow directions and recipes accurately. Also knowing how to use and operate our kitchens tools and equipment safely is required.
