Job Summary: The Scheduler will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating construction schedules for large-scale civil and mission-critical engineering projects. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards. Key Responsibilities: Produce conceptual schedules (Precon / L1) for development and creation of full project timelines (L5). Maintain a database of probable schedule durations by activities as well as overall durations. Development and tracking of baselined project schedules using well-defined and properly sequenced work activities. Oversee all scheduling activities and provide required status updates, forecasts, and reports as necessary. Develop project layouts in conjunction with the project team, alternate schedules, and progress measurement of the schedule. Reviewing, critiquing, and ingesting vendor and subcontractor updates into the overall project schedule. Verifying updates, via scheduled update meetings with superintendents and foremen, tracking all work activities that have been accomplished. Understand the flow and logistics needed for the execution of the project. Supports ongoing projects by working with the project managers, identifying opportunities for improvement, delays, and areas where additional concentration is required. Develop and maintain estimate production rates database. Align estimate production rates with the project schedule to ensure alignment. Input of resource-loaded schedules to ensure physical resources are accounted for in the project schedules, such as labor, capital equipment, facilities, and materials. Creation and updating of cost-loaded schedules, combining scheduled activities and their costs to give a clear picture for contractors to visualize spending based on timelines. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration. Minimum of 3 years of experience within the construction industry. Highly proficient in scheduling programs (e.g., Primavera P6 or OPC, Microsoft Project, LEAN, CPM,) Highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and the latest industry standards. This customer-facing role plays a key part in patient experience, front office operations, and clinic growth. Key Responsibilities * Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression * Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner * Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately * Support the clinic's sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members * Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries * Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software * Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach * Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment * Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required * Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred * Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills * Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment * Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset * Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds * Office management or marketing experience is a plus Schedule This role requires availability Monday - Saturday with possible fill in at other locations in the KC area.
