JOB SUMMARY : To monitor and coordinate updates to and execution against the production schedule and peripheral activities within a near term window, toward optimizing execution against Corporate Scheduler plan and customer order demands. Work with Supply Chain team and plant supervision/management to resolve potential challenges in upcoming production schedule
Work with necessary departments (customer service, logistics) as needed to communicate issues impacting customer order fulfillment
Manage the order release (ERP & WMS), order updates, and close processes for timely and accurate execution
Coordinate with engineering on capital project execution
Monitor and coordinate peripheral activities (bulk tank availability, internal product transfers, liquor and stearin melting, remelt, equipment sanitation, etc.) toward ensuring timely execution against production schedule
Confirm production quantities and investigate orders outside of acceptable tolerance
Champion cycle count execution toward maintaining physical inventory accuracy. Monitor ingredient availability and accuracy to ensure timely completion of orders

Provide backup to Corporate Scheduler as needed

Provides part-time, off-site scheduling support for the Construction project, reviewing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules, identifying deficiencies, and supporting the COR with schedule oversight and reporting.
The Scheduler (CM-SCH) provides remote scheduling expertise for the project, including review of the GC's baseline schedule, monthly schedule updates, and identification of slippages and deficiencies.
Responsibilities include analyzing short-interval schedules, assisting the COR with schedule-related decisions, contributing to pre-construction submittal reviews, and providing clear, data-driven schedule status updates.
The Scheduler produces professional-grade schedule reports, supports issue resolution, performs time-impact analyses when required, and ensures schedules reflect accurate progress, delays, and required corrective actions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum three (3) years of construction scheduling experience
Experience preparing, analyzing, and identifying schedule deficiencies
Must be proficient in Primavera, MS Project, or similar software

We are seeking a Title & Registration Specialist to support our administrative and accounting operations by ensuring accurate, timely processing of sales documentation, title work, and registration filings. This role is essential to creating a smooth, professional experience for our customers and supporting successful collaboration across Sales, Finance, and internal teams.

Process title and registration paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly, courteously, and helpfully to customer questions.
Maintain organized, secure electronic and physical filing systems for registration documents and trade titles.
Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Registration teams to ensure smooth, timely workflow and communication.

RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Scheduling Specialist to join our team. As a Scheduling Specialist, you will be responsible for providing services to patients and referring professionals by answering phones, managing faxes and scheduling appointments. This is a part-time position working every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am-5:30pm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(85%) Scheduling Activities
Answers phones and handles calls in a professional and timely manner
Maintains positive interactions at all times with patients, referring offices and team members
Schedules patient examinations according to existing company policy
Ensures all appropriate personal, financial and insurance information is obtained and recorded accurately
Ensures all patient data is entered into information systems completely and accurately
Ensures patients are advised of financial responsibilities, appropriate clothing, preparation kits, transportation and/or eating prior to appointment
Communicates to technologists any scheduling changes in order to ensure highest level of patient satisfaction
Maintains an up-to-date and accurate database on all current and potential referring physicians
Handles overflow calls for other centers within market to ensure uninterrupted exam scheduling for referring offices
Provides back up coverage for front office team members as requested by supervisor (i.e., rest breaks, meal breaks, vacations and sick leave)
Fields 1-800 number calls and routes to appropriate department or associate (St. Louis Park only
(10%) Insurance Activities
Pre-certifies all exams with patient's insurance company as required
Verifies insurance for same day add-ons
Uses knowledge of insurance carriers (example Medicare) and procedures that require waivers to obtain authorization if needed prior to appointment

The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating, planning, scheduling, and supervising products throughout their production process.
Responsibilities:
Create and/or organize a production schedule daily and make sure that every output (level) is recorded appropriately in the correct system
Work together with other employees to make sure that all issues that are related to scheduling are properly handled and resolved
Work closely with vendors to make sure that the company's supply needs are adequately met in a timely manner
Rectify and/or reconcile differences and inaccuracies that have to do with shipment and deliveries to customers
Make sure schedules are given to employees in a timely fashion and that any distortions in the company's schedule are accounted for always
Ensure that every employee involved in the production process has a clear understanding of what is required to meet the order and needs of customers
Maintain different reporting systems to make sure that all forms of documentation are accurate and timely.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Must have excellent communication skills to be able to pass the necessary information to both customers and employees
Must be able to work in a team environment cordially and effectively, as well as having the ability to lead a team if required to
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to relate respectfully, cordially, and freely with people (customers, employees, and vendors inclusive)
Must have good leadership abilities
Must be able to motivate other employees when needed
Must always exhibit a high level of flexibility and an ability to multi-task
Must be able to work with little or no supervision
Must possess good reasoning and problem-solving abilities
Must have the ability to work as link person amongst customers, employees, and vendors
Must possess at least a basic knowledge of supply chain activities
Must have good time management ability to be able to meet up with orders and schedules
Must be able to make use of different data base programs especially Microsoft Excel
Must have a degree in business administration or any other field that has to do with supply-chain
A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar position
Must possess the required certification needed in fields like supply chain, project management, or business management.
