Key Responsibilities

Benson Research and Demonstration Farm. This position is responsible for training producers on proper facility use for processing poultry, fish, rabbits, and other species as needed. The Coordinator maintains compliance records for USDA, FDA, and Kentucky Health Services and must hold certification in food handling and chemical application.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Maintain the daily operations of the KSU Poultry Processing Building at Harold R. Benson Research and Demonstration Farm and assist with the Mobile Processing Unit.
Train producers on the use of the facilities for processing poultry, fish, and rabbits.
Maintain up to date records on the processing activities for USDA, FDA, and Kentucky Health Services.
Maintain required certifications in food handling and chemical application.
Assist with the maintenance of facilities and equipment used in the program.
Work with stakeholders on Extension related questions through answering emails, phone calls, and letters, as well as occasional site visits to grower's sites.
Assist with general care and maintenance of poultry at the Harold R. Benson Research and
Demonstration Farm and assist with poultry related research projects when needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Participate in Extension program meetings, trainings, and community engagement as requested.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Knowledge of food safety and processing regulations.
Ability to obtain and maintain certification in food handling, processing techniques, and chemical application
Basic livestock care procedures.
Effective communication skills (oral and written).

Experience with animal processing preferred.

As our organization continues to grow, we are evolving our Project Controls & Scheduling department to better support scaling construction field operations. We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Construction Scheduler who will serve as a strategic partner to our project execution Teams.
Key Responsibilities
Construction Scheduler will work closely with our preconstruction, project management, and field teams as well as with subcontractors and owners' representatives to aid in the development and management of project schedules to ensure the success of our projects.
Lead the development of detailed project schedules along with project teams' input
Collect project progress and updating project status
Performing impact analysis for potential delays and changes
Work with the project management and field teams to help set project goals and analyze the status of the project
Analyze the schedules to determine duration and logic issues
Ability to manage schedules for multiple projects and/or more complex projects, larger in size
Provide guidance to less experienced members of the scheduling team
Perform other duties as assigned
Travel may be necessary depending on the project needs and location
Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in complex construction (Heavy Commercial, Data Centers, Industrial, Power Generation, Specialty Contractors, Heavy Civil)
Knowledge of critical path method of scheduling
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience using CPM Primavera P6 scheduling software
Experience with ProCore, Bluebeam, Navisworks, REVIT preferred
Familiarity with claims prevention and analysis techniques strongly preferred
Ability to conduct constructability reviews for varying construction method/techniques during design or construction
Work Location: Preferred to work at Mullins Mechanical office located in Carrollton, Georgia. Will consider hybrid/remote for the right Leader.

As the Scheduling Specialist you will managing patient referrals and visit schedules. Assigns patient assessments and other visits as ordered by the physician using an online scheduling system. Qualifications:
