Detect and monitor elopements and maintain visual and/or verbal contact with an eloping resident and take all reasonable verbal measures as necessary to convince an eloping resident to return to the Stonewater campus voluntarily. e. Handle any incidents, crises, perceived dangers, elopements, and/or conflicts professionally and lovingly. Notify all emergency personnel and necessary staff members in crisis situations and complete all necessary paperwork related to incidents in a thorough and timely manner. f. Be flexible and available to work any and all shifts assigned. g. Be responsible for developing a healthy relationship with each resident (whether individually or as a group). h.Teach appropriate conflict management resolution skills and relational boundaries. i.
