Qualifications
MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND QUALIFICATIONS: Possess a high school diploma or GED. ACT, SAT, or Accuplacer Scores are required if no college degree has been obtained. Possess and maintain a valid driver's license. Must be a United States Citizen or have a Naturalization Certification. Must have an honorable or uncharacterized discharge from the military (if applicable). Must obtain a GA POST Certification within 12 months of employment (if not already certified). Pass the Physical Ability Test (PAT) before employment. Non-certified applicants must pass the GA POST PAT within 30 days of starting the academy. Pass a psychological evaluation, physical exam, and drug screening before employment. The experience must have included general arrest authority.

Position Purpose
Responsible for the safety and security of White Oak's, guests, staff, collection, and property.
Responsibilities and Tasks
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include the following. Other duties may be assigned, and some duties may be shared with other personnel, or may not be assigned at all.
· Enforce all company policies and procedures and report all violations to immediate supervisor.
· Acts as a Dispatcher during emergency situations, and coordinates solutions to same; informs outside agencies of any unusual or suspicious situations on property.

As a full- or part-time Unarmed Security Guard, you will patrol and watch a client site in Brunswick, GA. You will monitor entrances, allow authorized access, and look out for unusual or unsafe conditions. You will respond to incidents, document accidents or suspicious activity, and call emergency services if needed. You will keep daily reports using paper, computer, smartphone, or tablet systems. You will assist residents and visitors in a professional and courteous way, follow client rules, and represent E.K.G Security, Inc. with a professional presence. Your work will include walking and standing for long periods, climbing stairs or ladders, and working indoors and outdoors in different weather conditions.

This Unarmed Security Guard position is full-time or part-time and pays $17.50 per hour.
This full- or part-time position has all shifts available, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be available, and temporary positions are ready for immediate hire.
