Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain custom LLM solutions to support clinical, operational, and administrative use cases. * Oversee LLM features embedded in enterprise applications, ensuring proper configuration, performance, and compliance. * Collaborate with analysts, developers, and operational stakeholders to identify opportunities for LLM integration. * Monitor and evaluate LLM outputs for accuracy, relevance, and safety, implementing improvements as needed. * Document LLM workflows, configurations, and governance protocols. * Stay current with advancements in LLM technologies and vendor roadmaps to inform strategic planning. * Ensure all LLM implementations adhere to data privacy, security, and ethical standards. * Support testing, validation, and deployment of LLM features across platforms. Experience Required: * Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, especially provider and nursing operations. * Experience working with cross-functional teams to implement and support technology solutions. * Familiarity with LLM concepts, architecture, and deployment strategies.
