Job Qualifications
Required:

What You Will Do

Supervision of employees, advising, planning, leading by example, maintaining a successful management/labor partnership, and development and execution of future state lean plans and capital investment strategies.
The individual must be able to work directly with all levels of leadership in program management, marketing, finance, engineering, quality, cost and other related areas. Prior supervisory experience is preferred as is a working knowledge of Collins policies and practices including safety and the business scorecard.
The position also requires outstanding verbal and written communication skills. The individual must be capable of providing technical leadership in support of cost-effective business decisions as they relate to the successful manufacture of new and existing products.
Qualifications You Must Have
