**Compensation:** The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate.

How you will impact Smurfit WestRock:
* Provide engineering expertise to Operations and Maintenance departments to help resolve various operating problems.
* Manage all phases of capital and expense repair projects from inception through equipment installation and start-up. Responsibilities include safety, scope and cost management, field execution management, and evaluating performance after projects are in-service.
* Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, management, and other project stake holders on an ongoing basis.
* Lead all phases of the project process to include project scopes, cost estimates and schedules, "Authorization for Expenditure" request forms, preparation of drawings for assigned projects by working with consultants, vendors, and mill personnel, etc.
* Coordinate the different disciplines within the Engineering department on assigned projects.
* Manage Scope of Work and RFQ development and work closely with Smurfit WestRock Procurement to evaluate and award equipment and service contracts.
* Initiate purchase requisitions for equipment, labor, and materials for assigned capital and repair projects.
* Manage the direction of consultants, contractors, and maintenance work associated with assigned capital and repair projects.
* Responsible for conducting business with integrity and respect, being accountable, and actively pursuing excellence to help achieve Smurfit WestRock's goals.
* Manage the 5 year capital plan for the mill based on stakeholder priorities and corporate spend/authorization goals.
