Duties
As an Assistant EngineeringManager, you will direct technical teams in achieving timely completion of department projects and objectives including:

o Communicate with appropriate plant and corporate personnel to secure concurrence of the project goals and tasks.
o Interface with all departments and plant personnel to launch projects into plant.
o Report on Engineering projects' progress and issue monthly Engineering project report. Report progress at monthly plant vehicle component launch and business meetings.
o Define and organize activities and solutions from general assignments to look into or investigate problems or solutions.
o Leads the process engineering activities for new jobs/launches and engineering changes from preplanning and preparation to implementation.
o Reviews product design to ensure optimal manufacturability, adherence to tolerance guidelines, tool design, machine design, cell layout, compatibility issues, and safety concerns.
o Leads tooling development and design from tool drawings through manufacturing production stages.
o Leads process development effort through cross-functional teams to develop optimal cell layout, work instructions, process flow layout, and set-up procedures, while adhering to safety, quality, and productivity protocols.
o Leads cross-functional teams to develop PFMEA's, mistake/error proofing.
o Coordinates internal engineering trials for PPAP's, Run at Rates, etc.
o Accomplishes the above tasks through compliance with the plant's Advanced Planning Quality Procedures.
o Turn jobs over to production that are process capable and have all required equipment and documentation.
o Leads engineering efforts to resolve/improve process problems
o Assist plant in technical, equipment, facility and process matter as required.
o Takes ownership of administration duties for certain IATF/ISO processes.

Qualifications
BS in Engineering or equivalent experience required.

POSITION SUMMARY
Servtech, A Roeslein Company, is seeking an EngineeringManager to lead our team in our manufacturing facilities for the energy, mining, industrial power markets, and Integrated bio-energy solutions. This leader must have the desire to perform quality work safely, be detail-oriented, and have superior customer focus while working within project budgets. This position requires active collaboration with the production department, project management group, electrical engineering group, procurement, and human resources.
The EngineeringManager will be responsible for assisting management and peer group to lead, develop, and continuously improve the engineering and design team to complete engineering & design efforts towards project design, engineering, procurement, drafting, and product life cycle management of large scale manufactured industrial equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate with the manufacturing shop on all fabricated, pre-assembled, and manufactured system designs.
Contact vendors for price and availability of engineering equipment.
Compile and review relevant equipment data for submittal to the client.
Proficient at guiding facility layouts due to maintenance, reliability, and serviceability needs.
Review mechanical and electrical manufacturing drawings from the drafting department for accuracy and intended function based on the project design.
Review drawing details for accuracy, standardization, and completeness.
Create milestone and Gantt chart schedules for submission to the client and interdepartmental communications.
Communicate with clients for project updates and technical questions.
Coordinate material take-offs for purchase of all materials required for fabrication and installation of Roeslein provided prefabricated and unitized systems.
Conduct activities in a safe and healthy manner, and work in accordance with established safety and company requirements.

Join the core Hypershield Data Plane team within Cisco's Security Business Group-an industry-first effort redefining how modern distributed security is built. We are engineering the data path for a highly available, AI-designed security fabric that protects applications across public clouds, private data centers, and physical environments.
This team is building segmented firewalling directly in the data plane-a first-of-its-kind innovation not available elsewhere in the industry. Your Impact
In this role, you will design, build, and optimize the data plane for Cisco Hypershield using C++, P4, and hardware offload technologies such as DPUs and NPUs. You'll work hands-on with AMD DPU specifications, packet processing pipelines, and performance-critical components from day one.
Success in this role means operating in a fast-paced model-quickly absorbing the architecture, contributing to data-plane development immediately, and delivering reliable, high-performance code with minimal hand-holding.
You will:
* Design and implement data-plane features using P4, microcode, and C++ across DPU/NPU architectures.
* Bring up hardware platforms, integrate SDKs, and debug low-level packet-processing behavior.

Overview
The Assistant Asset Manager works with the Asset Manager to review energy usage and strategies to implement best practices for the client account as well as working with the owner's staff on the O&M and energy usage of various facilities.
Responsibilities
Working with the operators at the facility sites including subcontractors, chief engineer, and internal service providers to ensure the facilities operate efficiently.
Attend the on-going training of the Facility Operators.
Assist in maintaining the Plant Operating Manual.
Assisting the Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) team with the coordination of Engineering Construction Management (ECM) implementation with O&M team.
Assist with coordinating on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts with the remote support services team.
Review of energy usage on daily basis for the facility and provide guidance best practices and modifications of current operations.
Manage and direct the day-to-day work of the onsite O&M team.
Qualifications Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications
Wiliness to learn processes, personnel management skills, and best practices.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.

**Meet the Team**
Join the core Hypershield Data Plane team within Cisco's Security Business Group-an industry-first effort redefining how modern distributed security is built. We are engineering the data path for a highly available, AI-designed security fabric that protects applications across public clouds, private data centers, and physical environments.
This team is building segmented firewalling directly in the data plane-a first-of-its-kind innovation not available elsewhere in the industry. Engineers on this team get end-to-end ownership of packet processing systems, deep exposure to DPUs (AMD), NPUs, and P4, and the opportunity to shape foundational architecture in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

**Your Impact**
In this role, you will design, build, and optimize the data plane for Cisco Hypershield using C++, P4, and hardware offload technologies such as DPUs and NPUs. You'll work hands-on with AMD DPU specifications, packet processing pipelines, and performance-critical components from day one.
Success in this role means operating in a fast-paced model-quickly absorbing the architecture, contributing to data-plane development immediately, and delivering reliable, high-performance code with minimal hand-holding.
You will:
+ Design and implement data-plane features using P4, microcode, and C++ across DPU/NPU architectures.
+ Bring up hardware platforms, integrate SDKs, and debug low-level packet-processing behavior.
+ Work from AMD technical specifications to define and build performant pipelines.
+ Collaborate closely with internal teams (control plane, management plane, platform) to deliver end-to-end datapath functionality.
+ Drive system-level architecture discussions and influence design choices for high-throughput and low-latency packet processing.
**Minimum Qualifications**

+ 7+ years of experience in packet processing (e.g., DPDK, TCP reassembly, high-throughput pipelines).

For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies.
Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
+ .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
+ 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
+ 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
