Strategy & Architecture:

Oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive, high-quality IT documentation, playbooks, and system integration plans.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and other teams to develop best practices, tools, and procedures for a secure, stable, and user-friendly environment.
Partner with stakeholders across business units to understand technology requirements and provide technical solutions.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience (7+ years) in a technical role such as IT Systems Engineer, IT Infrastructure Engineer, or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience effectively managing and guiding technical teams.
Expert-level knowledge and practical application of advanced IAM concepts (SSO, SAML, SCIM, OIDC, RBAC, ABAC) and experience in implementing solutions like Okta and Microsoft Entra ID.
Deep technical understanding and experience in managing UEM and MDM tools (e.g., Jamf, Microsoft Intune, NinjaOne, SCCM/MECM).
Strong proficiency in automation scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Shell scripts) and experience with iPaaS platforms (e.g., Okta Workflows, Workato) for complex integrations.
Experience handling large-scale device and application deployments, endpoint lifecycle management, and virtual desktop environments (e.g., Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix).
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and complex problem-solving skills, coupled with a deep understanding of IT operations, incident management, and change management best practices.
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable results and lead technical teams in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Highly organized, attentive to detail, proactive, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting critical deadlines.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection technology.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is a huge plus.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Okta Certified Administrator/Consultant, Jamf Certified Admin/Expert, Okta Certified Workflows).
