* .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
* 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
* 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
* Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

The Safety Assurance for Effective Autonomous Driving Software (SAFE-ADS) department is part of the Global Product Safety, System, and Certification (GPSSC) organization at GM. **The Role**
The AV Safety Strategy and Assessment team is seeking a technical leader with extensive experience in the full end to end development lifecycle for autonomous vehicle behaviors driven by artificial intelligence & machine learning models. As the AV Behavior and AI Safety Principal Engineer, you will need to stay current on industry best practices and standards and guide the development of GM's AV Behavior Validation and AI safety strategy. This technical leader role requires extensive experience leading the development and implementation of AV Behavior Validation methodologies across a broad range of L4 autonomous features. A successful candidate will also have extensive experience setting the AI safety strategy for engineering development teams that are focused on AI/ML and following through on implementation and validation of safe AI development and deployment practices.

This position performs service activities in the shop on customer and/or sales and rental fleet equipment. Provides technical support, repair procedures and process to shop technicians, provide on the job training for other shop technicians. Acts as Service Supervisor back-up. Facilitates completion of large and complex projects in the shop.

* Maintain ongoing customer service relation business plan with Service Manager and Service Supervisor, insuring technicians are aware of their responsibility to customer service. Maintain excellent communications and cooperation with all co-workers, management, and other company departments.
* Support company safety and housekeeping standards.
* Oversee work-in-process, testing, and final preparation for delivery of repaired products.
* Report lost, broken, or stolen equipment to the service manager.
* Provide written recommendations to service manager for needed improvement for tooling and/or equipment.
* Assist parts, service, and engine sales personnel in preparation of job quotes.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Product Strategy and Roadmap:** Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for integrating threat intelligence into Splunk's security products, aligning with customer and business outcomes Prioritize foundational workflows where Threat Intel plays a critical role in detection, investigation, and response use cases.
+ **Customer Engagement:** Engage with customers to understand their security operations workflows, gather insights, and find opportunities where threat intelligence can address their challenges.
+ Develop a "first-name basis" understanding of customer workflows by directly engaging with SOC leaders, detection engineers, and analysts.
+ Conduct regular 1:1 sessions with customers to validate roadmap priorities and adoption blockers.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team member Management:**
+ Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the execution of the product roadmap
+ Work across all security product teams to map out end-2-end workflows that solve customer problems uniquely while working closely with multiple engineering teams to complete and deliver
+ **Market Analysis:** Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and maintain Splunk's leadership in SIEM security solutions.
+ **Success Measurement:** Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of threat intelligence features within our security products. Define KPIs that go beyond feature ship and instead measure adoption, configuration success, and workflow outcomes.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to refine messaging, improve user experience, and optimize product-market fit.
+ **Thought Leadership:** Represent Splunk at industry events, conferences, and webinars to showcase the power of **Splunk Security** .
**What We're Looking For**
+ **Security Operations Expertise:** Proven experience in security operations, with a deep understanding of threat detection, incident response, and security information and event management (SIEM) systems. Experience working directly with SOC teams to solve real-world problems.
+ **Threat Intelligence Background:** Experience in threat intelligence integration, with a solid grasp of methodologies and tools is a plus.
+ Hands-on experience integrating Threat Intel into detection, enrichment, correlation, and response workflows.
+ Familiarity with feeds, enrichment providers, STIX/TAXII, and model-based prioritization is a plus
+ **Product Management Experience:**
+ Proven ability to define and deliver roadmap outcomes across cross-functional teams.
+ Track record of executing in complex enterprise environments with both technical and business constraints.
+ **Presentation Skills:** Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including customers, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
+ Skilled at translating technical functionality into compelling business value for field teams and customer execs.
+ Strong communicator comfortable presenting at executive briefings, customer calls, and field teams.
**AI and Machine Learning Knowledge:** Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, particularly as they apply to cybersecurity use cases.
Minimum Requirements:

U.S. employees are eligible for paid time away as described below, subject to Cisco's policies:

+ Non-exempt employees** receive 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year, accrued at rate of 4.92 hours per pay period for full-time employees
+ Exempt employees participate in Cisco's flexible vacation time off program, which has no defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use (subject to availability and some business limitations)
+ 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, and up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried forward from one calendar year to the next

For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies.
Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
+ .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
+ 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
+ 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
