The Human Resources Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic partner and provides full cycle recruitment for assigned areas. The Talent Acquisition Partner collaborates with leaders throughout the organization to development short term and long term talent pipelines. They have a proactive approach to finding and hiring the right talent to support the delivery of Stamford Health's organizational objectives and outcomes. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with a major in Business, Human Resources, Organization Development,Healthcare Administration or other related field is required.
At least three years of demonstrated experience working in a Human Resources generalist or Talent Acquisition Specialist capacity is required.Prior Healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
Demonstrate understanding of full cycle recruitment process and knowledge of candidate selection methods

Roles & Responsibilities
Own full cycle recruiting across engineering, design, go to market, and general and administrative roles
Build and refine the recruiting engine including interview loops, scorecards, sourcing systems, candidate experience, and applicant tracking system hygiene
Monitor funnel health such as pass through rates, time to hire, and source mix while driving ongoing improvements in both quality and speed
Partner closely with founders to plan headcount, clarify role scopes, uphold hiring standards, and maintain consistent hiring momentum
Source creatively through open source communities, GitHub, Discord, specialized technical networks, and outbound channels
Close high quality candidates by clearly communicating the company mission, growth trajectory, and equity potential
Optionally grow into a Head of Talent role by hiring and mentoring recruiters and owning end to end talent strategy
Qualifications
More than 5 years of full cycle technical recruiting experience
Experience hiring across engineering, machine learning and artificial intelligence, design, go to market, and general and administrative teams
Ability to excel in fast moving early stage environments with ambiguity and rapid iteration
Hands on experience building or interest in building a recruiting function from the ground up
Strong system design mindset for recruiting including interview frameworks, process creation, and first principles thinking
Comfort working with data and speaking in terms of pass through rates, time to offer, and conversion metrics
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence founders and hiring managers with clarity and sound judgment
