Clears and resets tables throughout the duration of the meal for the next group of diners. Observes diners and promptly responds to requests for assistance to assure an enjoyable experience. Removes soiled dishes throughout meal service and transports trays and bus tubs of soiled dishes to dish room. Assists with events and catering as assigned. Follows Willow Valley's HACCP plan and Food Safety policies and procedures. Receives and stores food items according to HACCP guidelines. Maintains high levels of food safety/ sanitation and assures compliance with the HACCP plan. Maintains high level of customer service and takes ownership in creating a warm and welcoming environment.
