Responsibilities: Assist bartender and manager with efficient bar set up from the beginning to end of shift. Keep bar stocked with liquor, glasses, napkins, and all other necessary items before and during service. Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs, and restock napkins and straws. Keep bar area neat; cleaning as needed, remove glassware and organize all sections of bar stations.
