Practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort. Prepare and maintain a detailed table, before, during and after guests are served. Take orders and present food to guests. Help guests' select food and beverage items (i.e.: explaining daily specials, offering appetizers, or answering food preparation questions). Keep wait station area clean and restocked. Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies. Complete specific daily/weekly cleaning duties. Provide excellent guest service by providing a positive dining experience. Conclude dining experience by thanking the guests and inviting them to return. Create, maintains, and facilitates a positive work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel. Other duties as assigned. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license. Hold and maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit required. Alcohol Service Permit Class 12 required. 1 (one) year experience in bartending required. Bartending School or equivalent training preferred. HOW YOU'LL BE SUCCESSFUL Knowledge and skill in mixology, beer, and wines, as well as alcohol safety awareness. Knowledge of P.O.S. systems. Knowledge of BERG liquor dispensing system. Knowledge of health & safety standards, and safety regulations as required. Skilled in basic math. Ability to demonstrate excellent guest service and communication skills. Ability to interact with guests, co-workers, management, and vendors in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse, write and read English fluently. Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance. Must be 21 years or older.
