Requirements Key Responsibilities As a Custodial Maintenance Tech, your daily tasks may include but are not limited to: Park and Facility Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness across the park, including restrooms, common areas, pathways, and conference rooms. Light Equipment Use: Operate small or electric vacuums, blowers, and power washers, etc. to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
