TWIN PEAKS JOB DESCRIPTION: TWIN PEAKS GIRL - HOST GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB This job requires the Twin Peaks Girl to interact with, entertain, and provide best-in-class service and hospitality to every Twin Peaks guest. JOB SUMMARY: The Pool Server provides prompt and courteous food and beverage service to pool guests. This is a Full-time, seasonal position. Greets guests in a courteous manner, describes menu items, answers questions, and takes guests' orders for food and beverages. Accommodates any special requests. Serves menu items to guests. Refills water glasses, removes dirty dishes and silverware from tables, and wipes off tables. Responds to guests' requests promptly. General Description: The Server reports to the Assistant Clubhouse Manager on Duty and may be assigned to a functional Food & Beverage Manager, Supervisor, or Lead during their work shift.
