Server Reports to: Dining Room Supervisor FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Salary: $17-$19 per hour depending on experience. Summary The Server plays an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home. The primary purpose of this position is to provide assistance in all Culinary Department functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established Culinary Department policies and procedures. Prepare and deliver snacks to special events and parties hosted at the community. Bus tables during and after the meals. Stock food and supplies properly and clean storage areas as directed. Provide support services to other dining rooms, during events and activities as needed. Attend trainings and employee meetings as directed by Supervisor(s). Clean and follow daily cleaning tasks.
