Host Report : Food and Beverage Manager The property on which Ridglea Country Club now stands was once owned by Bernie L. Anderson and his partner Morris E. Berney.They operated it as a public golf course, but had dreams of seeing it expanded someday into a recreation center for the Ridglea area. Job Summary: Under the direction of the Family Grille Manager, the hostess is directly responsible for greeting the members with a smile as they arrive to the dining area. Directing the members to their table, pulling out the chairs and seating the members, offering either lunch or dinner menu's and getting highchairs or booster seats as needed. The position also requires the ability to seat stations accordingly so as to ensure that the member receives the best service possible; this entails seating station evenly and timely.
