Maintain bar safety and sanitation. Operate the POS computerized cash register system and accept payments according to company cash handling policies. Avoid leaving work area during peak periods; communicate needs to Leadership Team or servers. Take breaks only at non-busy periods in compliance with the Leader as stated in the Ambassador Handbook.
