Identifies and tracks efficiencies to reduce unnecessary range support and maintenance costs. Supervises the emplacement of stationary and moving infantry and armor target lifters and zero panels. Assists units in coordinating scheduled training area to ensure units can train in the local training area and remain compliant with Kuwait Government environmental directives. Provides supervisory expertise in support of Combined Arms ranges for evolving ARCENT training requirements.
