We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site support and maintenance for battery energy storage systems (BESS). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in battery system maintenance and be proficient in troubleshooting and repairing energy storage systems. Your expertise will ensure the reliability and efficiency of our operations while delivering exceptional service to our clients. Duties Perform routine inspections, maintenance, repairs, and replacements on battery storage units in the field. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to low voltage communication and high voltage energy storage units using computer software, multimeters, etc. Install components such as batteries, inverters, and power regulation equipment according to project specifications and safety codes. Commission systems to ensure compliance with performance and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for complex technical challenges. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on service status and recommendations. Document detailed records of system installation, operation, used parts, and maintenance activities.
