In this role, you will:
Partner with Product and Tech teams, leveraging a trusted advisor model to support business initiatives, issue management, process improvement, control testing and related risk assessment activities
Assist Tech and Product Risk leadership in delivering against their strategy and services
Develop a deep understanding of business strategies, products, services, and risk profile
Be able to evaluate the technical products and risk slope efforts based on technical and cyber impacts.
Implement process improvements: process certification framework, process hierarchy change management, change control, and risk reporting
Ensure independent escalation of risk management gaps, issues, and concerns, including emerging risks and regulatory focus areas
Consult on Risks across the first line of defense business partners providing advice and guidance as needed
Participate in processes criticality assessments and process level assessments
Manage multiple tasks independently to meet deadlines
Communicate complex ideas concisely and convincingly, adjust communication to the audience and comfortable with presenting to executive leadership.
Collaborative, values diverse perspectives and seeks insights from others. Brings energy to the group and rallies them around a common goal.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
At least 5 years of experience in Risk Management, Process Management, Project Management, or a combination
At least 5 years of experience in Technology Management or Cyber Risk Management
At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal and external business clients
At least 4 years of experience consulting with senior executives or strategy building
Preferred Qualifications
Risk Certifications (CRISC, CISM, CRCM, CIPP, ABA Risk Mgmt Certification)
At least 6 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal stakeholders
At least 3 years of experience in the Financial Services industry
At least 5 years of experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud technologies

Program Highlights:
8 weeks of fully immersed training at our Richmond Michael and Son Technical Academy and on the job training (the training doesn't stop here it is ongoing throughout your career)

The right candidate will have the following:
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Pass Criminal Background Check
Ability to prove or exhibit customer service and sales skills
