As a member of the Programmatic Sales & Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving Pinterest's advertising growth and revenue through a full-funnel sales strategy. As the primary partner to clients, you'll drive deal creation, oversee campaign setup, and ensure seamless launches. Leveraging data-driven strategies, you will proactively optimize performance, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver exceptional results that maximize client value and business impact. What you'll do:
Develop and execute full-funnel, programmatic sales strategies for top-tier clients, driving measurable business results across awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients and agency partners, leading strategic deal negotiations, QBRs, and educational sessions focused on ad tech innovation.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Pinterest's programmatic ad offerings and digital ecosystem trends, influencing media strategies and solution adoption.
Advise on best practices in programmatic buying, data integration, measurement, and optimization to maximize campaign performance on Pinterest's platform.

What we're looking for:
8+ years in client-facing digital media sales roles, with deep expertise in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or media strategy.
Advanced understanding of full-funnel digital advertising solutions, including brand, consideration, and conversion strategies, with specialized knowledge in search, shopping, display, or (social a plus).
Proven track record of building and nurturing executive-level relationships with advertisers and agency programmatic centers, developing long-term strategic plans, and negotiating high-value partnership agreements to drive measurable business outcomes.
Strong understanding of data and measurement solutions including Clean Rooms.

Zocdoc's most important asset is our people. As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring employees in the New York office and remote users across the U.S. have the technology and support they need to succeed. You'll focus on onboarding and offboarding processes, triaging IT requests, troubleshooting employee systems, and maintaining accurate asset and inventory records. You'll also provide in-person support in our New York City office five days a week, serving as the go-to resource for walk-up requests and daily onsite IT coverage. Your day to day is…
Monitoring and managing the IT Support Desk queue, ensuring tickets are triaged, escalated, and resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Providing on-site support for employees in the New York office, including walk-up desk assistance and daily coverage for in-person technical needs.
Supporting onboarding and offboarding by managing account setup, laptop configuration, shipping coordination, and deactivation processes.
Providing technical support for employee systems, hardware, and software, assisting with troubleshooting and escalating complex issues when necessary.
Maintaining accurate IT asset and inventory records across Jira and other systems, ensuring equipment is properly tracked, assigned, and reconciled.
Assisting with the setup, testing, and maintenance of conference room and A/V equipment for onsite and offsite meetings and events, including running and supporting these meetings as needed.
Collaborating with the IT procurement team to track hardware needs, maintain inventory accuracy, and fulfill office equipment requests.
Participating in team projects and initiatives that improve IT operations, enhance the employee experience, and strengthen overall service delivery.

What we're looking for:
We're specifically looking for candidates with a corporate strategy background who can structure ambiguous problems, drive stakeholder alignment, and translate data driven insights into clear strategic recommendations.
5+ years of experience in business strategy roles (corporate strategy, business strategy, management consulting, product strategy) where you influenced company wide direction in a fast-paced, data first environment. Big tech is a plus.
Demonstrated structured problem solving - including framing ambiguous questions, developing hypotheses, design analyses, and translating them into actionable recommendations.
