Adena T. Friedman (born Adena Robinson Testa; 1969) is an American businesswoman. She currently serves as the President and CEO of Nasdaq. She was formerly the managing director and CFO of The Carlyle Group. Initially joining Nasdaq in 1993, she returned to Nasdaq from Carlyle in May 2014 as President of Global Corporate and information technology solutions. She was named the CEO of Nasdaq in January 2017, the first woman to lead a global exchange.

In December 2018, Ralston Roberts was named the global CEO of Instinet Incorporated, responsible for managing the agency-model firm's overall operations. Mr. Roberts joined Instinet from Goldman Sachs, where he served since 2015, most recently as co-head of Execution Services and co-head of Electronic Trading for EMEA. Peter Zaffino is President & Chief Executive Officer and a Director of American International Group, Inc. (AIG). Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Zaffino served as President & Global Chief Operating Officer, AIG, as well as Chief Executive Officer of AIG’s General Insurance business unit. Mr. Zaffino has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry. Before joining Guy Carpenter, Mr. Zaffino served in executive roles at several market-leading companies, including a portfolio company of GE Capital that specialized in alternative risk insurance and reinsurance. Mr. Zaffino earned a BA in economics from Boston College and an MBA in finance from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He is a member of the Boards of The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research and the New York Police and Fire Widows’ and Children’s Benefit Fund.

John M. Deignan is president and chief executive officer of Baker Hill. In his role, he is responsible for consulting with clients to provide guidance and expertise on leveraging technology to drive more profitable relationships. With nearly 30 years of industry experience, Deignan spent the vast majority of his career at Diebold Nixdorf, where he held various senior leadership positions. Most recently, he was chief marketing officer, overseeing daily operations supporting all aspects of global marketing and product management for the corporation. He was also vice president of Diebold Nixdorf’s North American sales division, where he was responsible for all commercial efforts and P&L performance for its North America National Accounts organization. Earlier during his tenure, he primarily focused on the community bank and credit union markets, providing him a unique perspective that will foster continued growth and innovation at Baker Hill. Deignan earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Marquette University and a master’s degree in International Business from Roosevelt University.
