The Shipping/Receiving Coordinator will be expected to participate in projects to support our drive for improvement in supplier on-time delivery, service level, inventory days, new product launches, and cost reduction initiatives. This position will work closely with customers, Scheduling, Customer Service, Sales and Suppliers. They will understand the operation of Emerson's Supply Chain Optimization (SCO) portal to ship to suppliers and/or customers.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Creating shipping documentation including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels.
+ Accessing and schedule shipments through customer transportation websites as well as Emerson's SCO.
+ Routing outgoing shipments through various weight forwarders and schedules and contacts carrier representatives to arrange the shipping of freight.
+ Overseeing Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) for shipping.
+ Directing shipping forklift driver.
+ Properly identifying shipping documents on outbound/inbound shipping forms.
+ Ordering, reordering, and assembly of containers, packaging, and shipping supplies such as boxes, bags, pallets, and customer containers as needed. Both Urick packaging and customer owned packaging.
+ Acting as customer Point-of-Contact for shipping-related matters.
+ Supervising and coordination of Rapid Urick's local carrier.
+ Maintaining accurate logs of maintenance for Urick Truck and coordination with lease company on additional services.
+ Maintaining accurate daily shipping and inventory information and instructions using computer and Odyssey, Urick's ERP system, and Kanban inventory system.
+ Working with Quality personnel to resolve supplier quality issues.
+ Communicating accurate order and shipment details to Customer Service.
+ Ordering and coordinating shipping of materials for production.
+ Receiving of all inbound materials such as production materials, maintenance materials or packaging materials.

Responsible for sending advanced shipment notices to our customers based on their specific requirements.
Generating labels as required
Scheduling trucks
Generate the end of day report with copies of shipping documents
General dock audits
Drive the box truck when necessary
Scheduling maintenance and preventative maintenance on the box truck
Must be able to operate fork truck.
Arriving at work on time for every scheduled shift.
Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.

We are looking for Evening Shift Warehouse Associates. This position is responsible for ensuring our customers' orders are completed and ready for delivery each day. Duties and Responsibilities:
Some of your duties may include:

* Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including proper disposal of waste and ensuring clear access to emergency exits.

* Ability to stand/walk for extended periods as well as climb ladders as needed.
* Lift and carry objects up to 75 lbs. consistently and perform repetitive tasks.
* Work in a varying temperature environment.
