As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk at StandardAero Augusta, you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of incoming and outgoing products. Your primary responsibilities will include inspecting incoming shipments, ensuring compliance with purchase orders, and handling material efficiently and safely. Our Supply Chain teams play a critical role in the continuous flow of parts to our maintenance teams both on site in Augusta and across our facilities around the world.
What You Will Do:
Conduct visual inspections of all incoming products for compliance with purchase orders and established policies.
Verify that purchased products are sourced from approved vendors and direct them to the appropriate inspection area.
Identify materials requiring inspection using the Check for Acceptance (CFA) process.
Research and reconcile discrepancies noted during cycle counts, completing discrepancy reports and entering data into the computer system.
Segregate non-conforming materials to prevent inadvertent use and communicate issues with relevant departments.
Prepare aircraft engine containers for shipment and install engines into transport containers.
Operate forklifts safely to transport aircraft engines, materials, and maintenance equipment between plants.
Utilize the production management computer system for receipts, transfers, returns, cycle counts, and other inventory management tasks.
Stock consumables and parts on warehouse shelving and arrange parts into kits according to OEM parts manuals.
Complete necessary documentation for credit and export compliance, vendor returns, and shipping of parts.
Position Requirements:
Must be able to work from 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, and rotating bi-monthly weekend shifts.
Professional Shipping & Receiving experience as a Materials Handler, Inventory Clerk, or Warehouse Associate.
Previous experience working with Logistics Software such as SAP, WMS, RPA, and/or FedEx Ship Manager.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Valid Driver's License
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must be willing to submit to TSA and company regulatory background and drug screening requirements.
Preferred Preferred Characteristics:
Forklift operator certification.
Experience using RF inventory scanners.
Expertise working with RPA, SAP, and FedEx Ship Manager.
Class 5 (CDL) driver's license.
Familiarity with industry standards for material handling, inventory controls, and warehousing procedures.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
You can expect to lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds. When lifting commercial tires you will do team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires you will need to be able to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds
Some of our stock racks are 25 feet tall, so you must be comfortable working at those heights safely while operating equipment.
Be on the move. You should be willing and able to work on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtime as needed

Loaders will rotate into a work team of Bulk Loaders, to handle loading and unloading of railcars and tanker trucks.
What you will do:
Assist with terminal / distribution operations by performing loading and unloading hazardous chemicals (nitric Acid, Anhydrous Ammonia, etc.) via truck and tanker/hopper rail car.
Rehandle off-spec product. Mix, heat, filter, and pull samples to ensure product conformity.
Assist operations with tank alignment with transfers of hazardous chemicals for proper valve alignment, sampling techniques, safety exposures, environmental consideration, and follow Standard operating procedures.
Monitor products transferred to and from tanks, vessels, or pipelines at terminal site.
Assist with terminal maintenance duties as needed, maintaining equipment in operating condition.
Pull samples as per Standard Operating Procedure for chemical analysis to guarantee product integrity.
Input information into electronic hand-held device which documents Standard Operating Procedure, load out activities, and tank production/spec information.
Load trucks, railcars and unload raw materials from outside suppliers and intra-plant Units.
Track mobile movement & spot railcars and tanker trailers.
Heavy Machinery operations (Front End Loader & Dump Truck)
Assist customers and/or producers with any problems that may arise.

Insert a weight at each bottom corner of drapery. End close the hem of each corner with a straight stitch
Seam fold drapery and put it on the finished rack with date card matching work ticket
Certain colors of draperies have to be done in cotton thread
Any defectiveness of drapery and questions concerning the drapery should be reported to supervisor, or placed in a hold rack in a designated area to be checked by supervisor
Draperies should be correct before releasing to next step of operation
Quality errors should be less than 1%
Quantity should be 70-100% - this depends upon workflow

Key Responsibilities:
Safely and effectively operate the forklift to protect all property, including the building, equipment, and materials.
Manage raw materials or finished goods with care, ensuring they are stacked safely and securely.
Manage time effectively by arriving on time, taking proper breaks, and maintaining safe behaviors throughout the shift.
Understand and utilize the warehouse management system and scanners for each transaction.
Knowledgeable about warehouse processes and key procedures.
Properly document and record transactions for raw material deliveries or outgoing shipments.
Perform thorough daily inspections of the forklift before starting each shift.
Alert the lead of any issues that may deviate from normal processes.
Immediately escalate any safety concerns or unplanned incidents to the lead.
Capable of troubleshooting operational issues as needed.
Familiarity with warehouse structure, bin names, and special storage areas.

What You Will Be Doing:
As the Parts Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for pulling stock orders for customers, technicians and other stores in the Yancey family. The Parts Warehouse Associate will also be responsible for daily cycle counts, maintaining a clean warehouse and using the man lifts in a safe manner.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform and enter daily cycle counts each morning prior to receiving stock or billing out any items.
Receive all stock orders each day and properly bin locate any items that do not already have bin locations assigned.
Inspect worn cores after issuing credit.
Review all part and core credits issued from previous day to verify receipt.
Build hoses utilizing proper assembly and contamination control techniques.
Pull all orders in a timely manner including branch transfers received prior to cut-off, delivering shop orders, and assisting customers with loading.
Maintain a clean warehouse by sweeping and cleaning each day.
Process and return cores each week.
Respond to all warranty parts return requests each week.
Purge unneeded items from warranty hold areas monthly.
Additional Responsibilities:
Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.
Additional duties as assigned by manager.
Who We Are Looking For:
To be successful in this position you should be organized, show an attention for detail and a sense of urgency. You should have basic computer skills, safety conscious and the willingness to learn. The ability to multitask, problem solve and provide superior customer service are essential to this position as well.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Required Qualifications/Skills:
Able to obtain forklift certification
Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively and occasionally higher amounts with assistive devices
Willingness to work in hot/cold weather conditions
Attention to detail
Basic computer skills (email, internet, basic data entry)
Problem solving and multitasking
Safety conscious and customer focused
Be self-driven and take pride in your work
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
Prior experience in a warehouse environment
