What You Will Be Doing Helion is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for our in-house Machine Shop to manage part marking, parts cleaning, and incoming/outgoing shipments to support our production and R&D. You will report to the Machine Shop Manager at our Everett, WA location. You Will * Promptly unload trucks and deliveries during business hours * Package materials for shipment and transport to local facilities * Support laser part marking and parts cleaning operations * Collaborate with Sourcing and Procurement, Machine Shop, Engineering, and Finance, and other related departments to resolve problems related to receipt and distribution of material * Manage transactions in Helion's ERP software, MES, and 3PL software * Maintain clean, organized storage locations across the shipping, receiving, and storage areas * Operate material handling equipment including, but not limited to: forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts * Support first shift operating from 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Required Skills: * 2+ years of related experience in similar field * Proficiency in ERP/MES software systems * Proficiency in Microsoft Suite * Strong communication skills * Valid driver's license * Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs #LI-Onsite Total Compensation and Benefits Helion's compensation package includes a competitively benchmarked base salary, meaningful equity grants, and comprehensive benefits.
