JOB SUMMARY/ JOB DUTIES:
• SAP commits are necessary, and all knowledge must be understood and used correctly.
• This position will be required to receive all products back from production. Products will be received via an automated stacker/or the possibility of hand stacking when a stacker is not available.
• All stacker equipment lockout must be known, safely and correctly operated per the procedures.
• Separates product by variety and day for storage.
• Pushes 400 lbs. plus (on wheels) as needed.
• Manually stacks cases keeping up with line for freezer orders.
• Supplies empty baskets to production lines.
• Can palletize Hearth products 10 high; bulk rolls 13 high
• Must drive various types of lift trucks and pass licensing requirements.
• Must be able stack baskets 15 high when picking outbound loads, 17 high occasionally (8 1/2 feet).
• Must count accurately, and lift 30 lbs. from floor to above
• Picks cases using MOA numbers.
• Loads trucks at a minimum rate of 185 pieces/hour.
• Reads and interprets pick list.
• Secures loads on trucks and marks properly for identification.

This position will be held accountable to having a full understanding and adherence to the strictest compliance standards, in relation to HACCP, CTS, GMP, and/JSA procedure and standards related to this position. Focused awareness and prevention of contamination/ potential contamination, allergen control, and lot code traceability are key objectives in this role.
• Formula Control: Formula control is vital to ensuring compliance to label management of our products. Must abide to exact formula specifications and procedures, to ensure bread quality standards are maintained and label contents are aligned.
• Maintains work area to “5S” cleanliness, housekeeping and organizational standard.

This position is the initial and primary point of contact for drivers arriving at the facility to pick up outbound loads or make deliveries. The Shipping and Receiving Specialist logs all drivers into the facility, directs them to the appropriate dock for loading/unloading, monitors all incoming and outgoing shipping activities, including paperwork, and records outgoing shipments and examines shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments and shipping methods required to meet shipping schedules. Duties and Responsibilities:
* Verify and enter the pallets, charges, carrier, trailer numbers and appropriate BOL notes on the delivery or shipment.
* Finalize all orders to prepare for billing: advise of flatbed freight cost; create BOL; prepare paperwork for physical pulling and loading of order.
* Maintain inbound and outbound truck log daily.
