Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
* Receives (Inbound) or selects (Outbound) incoming stock efficiently to effectively fulfill orders received from stores.
* Relocates merchandise throughout the warehouse according to product handling guidelines.
* Sorts, organizes and loads merchandise strategically in preparation for shipment and unloads incoming shipment from trucks/ back-hauls.
* Performs general cleaning duties to achieve warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
* Participates in-taking warehouse inventory counts according to guidelines.

What you will do:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ShippingCoordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will work onsite to coordinate the consolidation shipments for our international customers. How you will do it:
Work onsite to coordinate the consolidation of shipments for international customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the shipping process.
Pull relevant data from various sources and transmit it to freight forwarders for shipment arrangements
Effectively communicate with Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and freight forwarders to arrange freight for shipments, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to schedule dock times for carriers, ensuring smooth loading and timely dispatch of shipments.
Provide support for pack and holds from an onsite perspective, ensuring that all requirements are met and communicated effectively.
Manage escalation communications to operations, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly and that shipments are shipped as scheduled.
Utilize Salesforce to update comments, download attachments, and maintain accurate records of shipping activities

Position Summary:

The equipment will be utilized for inbound trailer unloading, put away of stock, movement of stock, cycle counting of stock, picking of stock, and outbound loading of trailers and LTL.
Those with company authorization may be qualified to drive company vehicles such as box truck and vans. Said vehicles can be expected to be driven between facility sites, special deliveries, vendor applications, and post office deliveries.
As directed by the WMS, users will be expected to follow the system direction to complete daily activities. Activities are done by utilizing the WMS through either radio frequency (RF) equipment, pick to light technologies, or computer based work stations.
Users can be expected to work within various areas of distribution such as: Receiving, assorted pick modules, Kitting, Shipping, Returns, DEA, freezer, and refrigerated space.
Assorted WMS tasks such as receiving incoming materials, counting, sorting, verification of item numbers, lot numbers, expiration dates, counting, data entering, and other visual verifications will be conducted frequently.
As directed by management conduct a sweep of areas such as DEA, cold chain, various shipping stations, and outbound staging areas to ensure all outbound orders are to be loaded on carrier vehicles as expected and when expected.

Issues, receives and stores material, supplies and equipment according to established procedures and instructions.
Keeps open communication with management. Completes lists and keeps floor current by following Visual Merchandiser's instruction regarding displays.
Maintains list of Customer pick-up ensuring every customer gets assisted.
Completes warehouse closing checklist to ensure everything has properly been closed.
Responsible for inspecting merchandise received, validating its integrity and accuracy on inventory.
Perform duties in accordance with Company's safety rules and operating regulations.
Reports any break in safety regulations to management.
Wears proper safety equipment to perform duties according to Company policy.
Verifies dock gates are secured with safety chain or shut.
Accepts responsibility for safety and security of all Company property.
Maintains equipment and work area in clean and orderly condition.
Maintains records and files in an orderly condition.
Undertakes and completes other responsibilities as assigned by store management, which may include assisting with customer deliveries outside of the store.
Undertake and support any policy, change, system or work rules the Company implements regarding the purpose of this position.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift, stoop, bend, push or pull up to 100 pounds.
Must be able to sit/stand for up to a 10 hour shift.
