Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM $35- $45 per hour Primary Function: The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up parts offsets, tooling, measuring parts, deburring parts, monitoring the function of the machinery, safely rig and moving parts with cranes. Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities: Setup parts on multiple machining centers including horizontal mills, vertical mills, vertical boring mill and more Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings Use industry standard measuring and inspection tools (i.e. Micrometers, calipers, etc) Deburr and inspect completed components to ensure the quality and accuracy prior to shipment to customers Run multiple projects on multiple machines simultaneously Follow Business Technology policies to protect sensitive data and reduce information security occurrences. Education and Experience: (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities) 3 and 4 axis CNC experience. CNC Mill Experience CNC Lathe experience Fanuc experience desired Compliance (background check, ITAR, vaccine, etc.) Background and drug screen - pass a post-offer background verification and drug screen. Work Environment Shop: Standard machine shop environment with various types of machinery. Appropriate safety garments (PPE) must be worn. What you will be doing: * Lead cross-domain optimization efforts with internal and external logic design, circuit design, board design, Simulation, diagnostics, firmware, driver, and marketing teams in different time zones, to ensure our products HSIO subsystem is specification compliant and tuned for optimal workload performance, and to drive the system into production. * Define and Drive our HSIO verification and validation of products from start to finish including test plan development, automation, requirements, resource planning, coverage metrics, test execution, bug resolution, and release to production. * Participate in reviewing board schematics, PCB layouts, and making design and component suggestions. * Ensure interoperability with connected devices and system components in sophisticated interconnect topologies. * Solve complex hardware and software HSIO issues at the system level on GPU accelerated computing platforms. What We Need to See: * Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering or related field. * Deeply inquisitive and able to use core technical competencies to provide direction on system architecture * 10+ years of proven experience * Knowledge of HSIO protocols, specification, and operation at a system level. * Understanding of HSIO power management * Excellent communication skills required to work well with multi-functional teams (software, firmware, marketing, mixed signal, etc.) * Strong EE fundamentals, knowledgeable in computer architecture, timing analysis, process variations, statistical error rates and power analysis. * Lab Bring-Up or Lab Validation Experience Ways to stand out from the crowd: * Demonstrable experience in PCI Express physical layer and debugging LTSSM failures; familiarity with data link layer and transaction layer. * In depth understanding of PCI Express (or similar) protocol and characterization/validation methods in post-silicon environment * Excellent knowledge of Signal integrity concepts, Silicon characteristics and high speed/SERDES functional validation * Experience with datacenter products including system management, security, networking, and storage.
