Responsibilities for the Site Manager - Facility Maintenance position are:

* Monitor the approved budget for each of their assigned work orders

* Conduct a weekly audit for each contractor of their safety, construction, and quality practices
* Identify contractor training needs and arranges for the contractor to get the training
* Ensure aerial line contractors have a weekly safety and communications tailgate meeting with their employees and will assist the contractor in scheduling periodic damage prevention tailgates safety meetings in the language which the employees are most fluent

Utilize Aspire Software daily to track job progress, labor hours, materials, scheduling, and performance metrics.
Provide timely updates, reports, and documentation to management.
Qualifications
3+ years of landscape operations, production management, or field leadership experience (commercial or residential).
Strong working knowledge of landscaping practices, equipment, and horticulture.
Proficiency with Aspire, LMN, or similar landscape management software preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

General Description The Lead Cleaner will be responsible for leading a team of 1-6 employees, keeping buildings in clean and orderly condition, and will perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, cleaning and stocking restrooms, washing walls, glass and upholstered furniture, and removing garbage and recycling. Duties may include notifying management of the need for repairs and safety issues. Taking pride and ownership of your duties and or areas are crucial to success. This is part time position, the hours are second shift and vary from 5-6 hours, M-F, pay rate between $15-$17.

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will assist the site manager to ensure the store is operating and exceeding customer service needs. You will also focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers!
